Facilities Open to Outside Bodies
The Kowloon Tsai Home Owners Association is committed to promoting the development of sports in Hong Kong, and to providing greater access to Club's facilities via the following approved outside bodies:
‧ any schools registered under the Education Ordinance (Cap. 279)

‧ any non-governmental organisations that is receiving recurrent subvention from the Social Welfare Department

‧ any "National Sports Association" which is affiliated to its respective International Federation and is a member of the Sports Federation & Olympic Committee of Hong Kong

Reservation Procedures for General Booking
- Complete the application form (link below) and return it to the Club by hand, email or post with the required documents at least 14 working days prior to the event/activity date. The Club will respond within 7 working days (exclusive Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) on the booking status. Applications will be processed on a first-come-first-served basis.
- Please enclosed a HKID photocopy of the Responsible Person.
Reservation Procedure for Priority booking
- For more assured availability, please complete the application form and return it to the Club by hand, email or post with the required documents at least 30 working days prior to the event/activity date. The Club will respond within 7 working days (exclusive Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) on the booking status. Applications will be processed on a first-come-first-served basis.
- Please enclosed a HKID photocopy of the Responsible Person.
Terms and condition of using the Club's facilities
Users shall observe all the Club’s bye-laws at all times.
Payment
All applicable fees must be settled by cross cheque made payable to “The Kowloon Tsai Home Owners Association” within 10 days of the Club's invoice date, otherwise booking will be cancelled.
